Once again, Advent Outsourcing Services (AOS) outperformed a highly competitive field to earn “Best Outsourcing Provider” honors in the 2019 FTF News Technology Innovation Awards. Presented by the Financial Technologies Forum and FTF news, the award “honors the provider that offers valuable, reliable, cost-effective and efficient outsourced services to the buy side.” AOS received the award “for offering the highest levels of reliability, security and adaptability, and for demonstrating capabilities for rapid implementations and flexible consumer models.”
This recognition caps a year in which we have worked hard and made significant investments to bring AOS subscribers unparalleled transparency into their service, while further streamlining data processing and empowering our teams to be even more timely and efficient in service delivery. This past year saw the expansion of AOS to our Geneva® clients, including the introduction of our Advent Lumis™ data governance tool within the Geneva suite. For APX clients, we’ve developed the AOS Console for enhanced visibility and communication, which we plan to start rolling out by year end.
We are also in the process of obtaining a SOC-1 Type 1 (Service Organization Controls) report, describing our procedures and controls. This auditing process, which we currently plan to compete by the end of 2019, will serve to confirm our clients’ confidence in the quality and integrity of the critical services we perform on their behalf.
